Explanation in Basic and Easy way
The basic terminology of the theory o special relativity that nothing travels faster than speed of light . As for example let say you're an observer moving at speed of 10 m/s and the ball is beside you rolling at speed of 10 m/s this makes the ball and you moving relative to each other . How ever if you threw the ball while you're running at 10 m/s the ball eventually have higher speed than you the ball will be rolling at perhaps at 20 m/s.Now if we are running at speed of light , well we can't run so to make this bit realistic lets say if we are riding in bicycle at speed of light and if we turn on our flash light while riding ,the light will move relative to you because the speed of light is constant and the faster you riding the more mass you will gain there shall E=M.
